At G3 Genuine Guide Gear, we stand behind the quality of our apparel and equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn and unwashed items with original tags within 30 days for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
